  • Water Treatment Process - Developed a strong understanding of the water treatment process from river to tap, combined with sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and the role regulators play within the water industry.
  • Maintenance Tasks - Carried out routine maintenance on critical assets including pumps, flow meters, chlorination systems and water quality monitors amongst others. To ensure assets work within their intended parameters as well as to increase their reliability and longevity.
  • Fault Finding and Collaboration - Developed a large amount of experience in responding to faults, diagnosing potential issues and escalating any issues outside of my area of expertise to the relevant team.

Following the most up to date and relevant NICE guidelines, I carried out thorough patient assessments to determine a potential diagnosis, and implement an effective treatment plan.

  • Certification of Excellence - Gained a certificate for my efforts at Hamilton Primary School whilst on placement working with autistic children. Awarded another Certificate of Excellence for my placement at The Princess of Wales Hospital working with mental health patients.
