A diligent Compliance Manager (Interim) with responsibility for managing compliance with EASA, ICAO, FAA and IOSA regulatory systems as well as State Safety Programs.

Previously held the role of Operations Control Embedded Safety Manager with the responsibility for incident investigation, root cause analysis and development of corrective action. This task often required tactfulness in dealing with people and discretion in managing information.

Currently hold the responsibility of Corporate Emergency Response Coordinator.

Responsibility for document control and publication of all Flight Operations policies and procedures - Authored the first Operations Control Manual for our airline to collate all organisational policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
