A diligent Compliance Manager (Interim) with responsibility for managing compliance with EASA, ICAO, FAA and IOSA regulatory systems as well as State Safety Programs.

Previously held the role of Operations Control Embedded Safety Manager with the responsibility for incident investigation, root cause analysis and development of corrective action. This task often required tactfulness in dealing with people and discretion in managing information.

Highly experienced in optimising company resources for the detailed assessment and gap analysis of new regulations/standards as well as oversight of implementation programs to assure compliance within the time frame involved.

Confident in building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as industry regulators.

I currently sit on the European Aviation Safety Agency core team of experts for the training requirements of OCC personnel, influencing European policy with regard to the training requirements for Airline Operations Personnel for consideration by the European Commission.

Currently hold the responsibility of Corporate Emergency Response Coordinator.

Responsibility for document control and publication of all Flight Operations policies and procedures - Authored the first Operations Control Manual for our airline to collate all organisational policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. This undertaking enhanced my skills as an instructor and line evaluator of Flight Operations Officers.
