Title of Project: “Bioinformatic Identification of Mutations in Chromatin Remodelling Genes in Cancer Genomes”

Summary: I performed bioinformatic analysis on The Cancer Genome Atlas to investigate mutations in chromatin remodelling genes across several cancer types using R Studio and Maftools. This work provided valuable insights into the genomic intricacies of cancer, underscoring the role of bioinformatics in paving the way for advancements in personalized oncology and targeted therapies.
