• Prepare parts/tools/metal and components for the painting process including fettling, filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need
• Assist in general production, including preparation of parts, loading and unloading of materials
• Ensure optimum use of materials within your control to minimize scrap / wastage
• Complete maintenance tasks and fault diagnostics of equipment related to paint prep operations as required.
• Assembling and erecting scaffolding
• Ensuring that the scaffolding is stable and secure
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding

- Workd closely with electricians and roofers to support the installation of solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties. Assist in lifting, carrying, and positioning equipment and materials as directed by the electrician and roofer.

- Assisting in the transportation, handling, and organization of materials, tools, and equipment required for solar PV installations. Ensure materials are delivered to the worksite in a timely manner and stored safely.

- Assisting in preparing the worksite for solar PV installations, including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and securing safety barriers. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Assisting in the assembly and installation of solar PV mounting structures, panels, wiring, inverters, and other system components under the supervision of electricians and roofers. Follow installation plans and instructions carefully to ensure accurate and efficient installation.

Assist in cleaning up the worksite after solar PV installations, including removing debris, packing up equipment, and disposing of waste materials properly. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment as needed.
