Summary

I've been involved in music since I left school in the mid 1980's. I've made a living gigging with small two-piece bands or seven piece ensembles, playing originals or covers. I've played pubs and clubs, weddings, cooperate gigs, birthday parties and even parties in peoples homes.

I also have a keen interest in Radio Production and Journalism. I completed a FAS course in Radio Journalism in 2009 where I gained experience in researching for shows, interviewing professionals about a latest news story, conducting Vox-Pop on the streets, and running a sports show and a show about music in movies. I went on to work in Dundalk FM as a volunteer, gaining more invaluable experience presenting shows, driving the desk for other presenters, Vox-Pop, outside broadcasts and recording and editing adverts.

Beyond the area of music, I am happy to work in many different areas of sound production. I have a particular fondness for television, movies and games where sound meets vision.
