  • Managed the new hire and onboarding paperwork, issuing contracts, reference checking, ensuring all hiring documents are submitted, employee files are created and information is GDPR compliant.
  • Responsible for induction pack and induction of all employees. Manage internal databases (records of sick leave, holidays etc.) First point of contact for candidates queries by phone and email.
