Glass Lewis operates as a global governance services provider, supporting institutional investors in understanding and interacting with their portfolio companies. My Primary responsibility was the establishment of a modern product and design organization, and along with my colleagues in the executive leadership team, preparing the company for sale within 5 years. My achievements include:

• Setting up a new Product and design team organization and agile SDLC for Glass Lewis, achieving 22% growth in global B2B product revenue within 18 months.
• Enacted a top-tier Product Management work methodology, adopting the Pragmatic Marketing Framework.
• Founded a dedicated UI/UX team within the Product organization.
• Successfully introduced four new data products to the market, and a new design template for all products.
• Improved our time to market by 30%.

In 2018, Fiserv, a financial services company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, set up a development center in Nenagh Co Tipperary. As the Senior Product Director, I along with three colleagues were responsible for establishing the site, its processes, and its culture. I was also responsible for setting up and running all product management and UI/UX teams, their work practices and ensuring key delivery metrics were achieved. I was also responsible identifying and implementing value Added Services for the EMEA region. My achievements include:

• Established a greenfield software development center, successfully scaling to more than 120 employees within 16 months.
• Hired and led a high-performing product management team of thirteen individuals, delivering product-focused backlogs for 8 solutions and services backlogs for 2 products within 12 months.
• Generated over €1.2 million in revenue and achieved €200K in savings from three projects within 18 months of establishing the new development site.
• Managed the monetization of Fiserv's extensive data assets in EMEA.
• Establish and lead a user experience team utilizing user-centered design to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Defined processes to ensure all our products met customers' business requirements.
• Coordinated all communication from within our site to customers, partners and corporate leadership.

Cisco Systems, Inc. is a multinational technology conglomerate based in San Jose, California.

• Responsible for defining and realizing the vision for Jabber, a collaboration solution with 350M active users.
• Facilitated discussions with Cisco leadership, Customers, Marketing, Sales, and the R&D department to define the Platform and App features which allow users collaborate anywhere, across any device.
• Set up and managed an offshore Product Management and Software development team in Shanghai.
• Led presales customer engagement for the development organization.

QAD Inc. is a company specializing in providing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to manufacturing companies. In my role, I served as a Senior Product Manager overseeing QAD's cloud-based global financial accounting solution.

• Responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing development projects, identifying market opportunities.
• Organized user groups in the UK and Europe and presented at QAD’s annual sales conference.
• Managed a team of product managers located in Limerick, Antwerp and China.

• Worked as a software engineering consultant for various companies including Allied Irish Bank, Bank of Ireland, EDS, DreTec, Kindle Banking, American Express Sydney, and AVIS New York.
