In 2018, Fiserv, a financial services company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, set up a development center in Nenagh Co Tipperary. As the Senior Product Director, I along with three colleagues were responsible for establishing the site, its processes, and its culture. I was also responsible for setting up and running all product management and UI/UX teams, their work practices and ensuring key delivery metrics were achieved. I was also responsible identifying and implementing value Added Services for the EMEA region. My achievements include:

  • Established a greenfield software development center, successfully scaling to more than 120 employees within 16 months.
  • Hired and led a high-performing product management team of thirteen individuals, delivering product-focused backlogs for 8 solutions and services backlogs for 2 products within 12 months.
  • Generated over €1.2 million in revenue and achieved €200K in savings from three projects within 18 months of establishing the new development site.
  • Managed the monetization of Fiserv's extensive data assets in EMEA.
  • Establish and lead a user experience team utilizing user-centered design to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Defined processes to ensure all our products met customers' business requirements.
