09.2021 - Current
In 2021, I transferred to Liffey Celtics in order to experience playing basketball at a high level. During this time, I have played alongside American professional basketball players, as well as international 5X5 and 3X3 players. This exposure has greatly improved my knowledge of the game, hence improving the quality of my coaching.
Throughout my years of playing, I have been part of the U16 Ireland squad, the U18 Ireland squad, and most recently, the U20 Ireland squad.
Basketball Coach

09.2018 - Current
At thirteen years old, I began to engage with the coaching aspect of sport by working with the U8 and U10 age groups in Athlone Basketball Club under the guidance of Paddy Mullally.
Since 2018, I have coached at the U8, U10, U12, U14, and U16 age groups, working with both boys and girls. Throughout, I worked alongside various personalities and gained a lot of knowledge from observing different coaching techniques demonstrated by my peers.
In 2022, I played the role of assistant coach for a U14 Girls Midlands team, where I assisted the head coach in making decisions, such as player selection and identifying the players' strengths and weaknesses.
Summer 2023 and 2024, I worked at Kilkenny Shooting Hoops Basketball camp for their annual two-week-long camp. Here, I witnessed some of the highest quality basketball coaching in the country as I worked alongside a panel of coaches with an extensive background in the sport. Within camp, I was the head coach of the 'grassroots,' where I led training for the players aged seven to eleven daily before taking on the role of a coach in the senior girls' group (15-17 years old) every afternoon and evening.
At camp, I also took on an administrative/organizational role and was responsible for tasks such as the morning and evening routines of the campers.
