• Partnering with Senior Management, Project Oversight, Clinical and Project Leads and local country Site Monitors (CRAs) in project execution.
• Supports the general clinical management of the study in close collaboration with project functional leads per defined RBM/Integrated RBM scope from start-up to study closure.
• Providing centralized support to monitoring visits and site management for the assigned protocols, sites and therapeutic areas.
• Providing leadership, coaching and mentorship to the whole (Integrated) Centralized Monitoring Team (CMS).
• Leveraging in-depth knowledge of IQVIA (Integrated) RBM model and extensive operational experience with centralized monitoring processes.
• Contributes to the development, implementation, maintenance and oversight of the study CD/P-s/ QTL-s and relevant mitigation strategies as per the RAMP plans.
• Collects, analyzes and interprets complex project operating data within the RBM-specific systems, Spotfire dashboards, tools, and prepares reports, presentations and analyses in support of internal/external meeting with all stakeholders and clients.
• Monitoring the project execution according to the operational plans (RAMP, Key Risk Indicators, Clinical Operations Plan, Data Analytics Plan, etc.).
• Leading the monthly timesheet hours forecasting and budgeting processes for the whole CMS team, including regular budget reviews, Change Order requests, Out of scope work identifications and tracking,
• Executing daily duties with high accuracy and efficiency.
