  • For the past 3 years, I've been working in a cafe, learning valuable skills and techniques within the kitchen.
  • I've worked as a line cook, being in charged of a specific station. For majority of my time I've been in charged of sandwiches and salads section. Helping prepare for menus and maintaining a high standard within the kitchen, which includes making sure that food safety and hygiene guidelines are followed thoroughly.
  • I have also worked on the prep station preparing all the necessary prep for service.
  • I have also worked along with the head chefs on the pass acting as sous chef during service.
  • Working in different roles within a kitchen has given me a good understanding of the requirements needed to have a functional kitchen. And feel my experience on different stations makes me very versatile.
