  • Managed each business profile for our three dining locations, such as TripAdvisor and Google. Through engagement, I successfully used this platform to drive covers and increase revenue
  • Addressed billing inquiries regarding discrepancies, refunds and payment issues using Opera Cloud and Micros POS.
  • Responsible for invoice management, preparing accurate, complete, and timely invoices for guests, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
  • Overseen the introduction to new operating systems within the department, such as Opera Cloud and SevenRooms.
  • Implemented new reservation policies within the department to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
  • Overseen each exclusive event or group from initial call through to event, arrival, billing, and conclusion.
