  • Collaborated with Continuous.Improvement on new T0 board check box to help reduce errors (received Good practice award)
  • Spear Headed a project in Hewlett Packard. This involved the removal of manual handling of silicon wafer product by using a cassette transfer instead of hands, which resulted in improved yield and output
  • Designed a new check list/signoff sheet for all operators at the beginning of their shifts. This ensured that the machines ran according to the required specifications and within the correct parameters. This also prevented product deviations and human and machine error (lean Strategies used)
  • Sent to Freiburg(Germany) to support successful production ramp up of their Golden week and received a silver star(2024)
  • Sent to Hamburg(Germany) to train on new Tablet press with Fette Compacting and helped run successful validation campaign of new press on site.(2023)
