I was employed as a member of the wait staff team for corporate catering in Croke Park. My duties included service of food and/or beverages for customers, cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture. I was also involved with solo work within the Private suites in Croke Park dealing with 12-16 high priority customers.

I worked on the floor as a wait staff member but was predominantly behind the bar. My duties included serving and greeting customers, allocating seating with thoughts of floor management, and preparing drinks to a high standard, including cocktails. I was also involved in both the opening and closing shifts, locking up, and completing tills.

I provide high-quality customer service in a busy hospitality environment, working both daytime bar shifts and late-night nightclub service. I prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails efficiently while maintaining high service standards. We manage high volumes of customers during busy nightclub events, working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
