My role at CATS corporation included a range of tasks including, HR, Marketing and providing administrative assistant to the team when needed

Human Resource:

  • Conducted general recruitment as required
  • Placed advertisements online and reviewed daily resume's that came in
  • Liaised with management on current and future project requirements
  • Carried out basic screening/calls to potential candidates
  • Carried out reference checks and right to work checks
  • Arranged setup for new employees and ensured CATS starter paperwork was completed
  • Made sure all candidates were fully compliant before there start date so no issues arised
  • Arranged medicals, inductions, and all other specific requirements that the sites have

PPE:

  • Managed PPE inventory where I completed regular stock take to ensure adequate supply was available all times
  • Supplied PPE to new employees before they commenced their first shift
  • Monitored PPE for each employee and allocated this PPE to the write project using PPE inventory excel sheet
  • Obtained quotes for additional PPE that was needed
  • Managed orders and deliveries of all PPE

Reception/Administration:

  • Greeted clients and suppliers in a friendly manner
  • Answered phones and responded to emails in our enquiry's inbox
  • Managed deliveries, mail distribution, and collections
