-independent in gynaecological clinical examinations and discussion of plan of care with consultant
-experience in working in subspeciality clinics such as urogynaecology, fertility, endometriosis
-surgery: independent in hysteroscopies, diagnostic and operative (Myosure, Truclear) Continuous exposure in assisting in laparoscopies, laparotomies, repairs
obstetrics
-independent in antenatal clinic examinations and decision of plan of care for low risk patients; discussion of care with consultants for high risk patients
-independent in plan of care of early pregnancy clinical presentations
-LW skills: independent in inductions of labour, FBS, continuous exposure to operative vaginal deliveries (performed to date 23 kiwi deliveries and 2 forceps deliveries as first operator, assisted Senior colleagues with complex deliveries)
-OT: performed 58 caesarean sections to date as first operator, both elective and emergency, with increasing complexity, tubal ligation Assisted Senior Colleagues and consultants in complex deliveries Independent in the Surgical Management of Miscarriage
