CHO Cell Bioreactor Digital Twin & RL Optimisation

-Developed a python-based digital twin of a CHO cell bioreactor to simulate cell growth, nutrient consumption, waste accumulation and monoclonal antibody production over a 14-day culture.

-Implemented and trained a PPO reinforcement learning agent to identify an optimal daily feeding strategy to maximise antibody yield.

-Analysed simulation data and compared the RL's performance with conventinal feeding strategies.

Agri-biotech GMO (Dublin City University)

-Worked together with a group of peers to develop a genetically modified wheat to survive under adverse conditions. 

-Conducted research and contributed to the design of the solution within a short period of time.

-Worked effectively as part of a team to analyse findings, solve problems and acheive project goals.

-Presented the solution to a jusging panel demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
