Senior R&D Chemical Process Engineer

- Senior Engineer for the Prototype lab in Kingspan's Global R&D Centre
- Training of new personnel on the prototype machines and SOP/RA procedures
- Writing and Updating the SOP/RA database for the area and maintain a high standard for ISO 9001 audits and 5s internal audits.
- Managing and leading the team operating within the area.
- Improved efficiency and productivity by eliminating waste and production constraints.
- Hold Appraisal & Performance reviews for the team every 6 months.
