Hobbies and Interests

My passion in life is athletics. My experience from athletics has driven my professional life from enhancing motivation to team building. I enjoy competing competitively at Master level and have been fortunate to enjoy success at European and national level, but for me the real spark is through coaching and mentoring the younger generation. I’m a juvenile coach in my local athletics club with a level one and assistant coach qualification. I train and mentor the Under 7s and Under 11s every Thursday evening and assist with weekend competition. I’m on the Athletics Ireland Forerunner program, which is Irelands pathway to encouraging and supporting the next generation of leading ladies in both their athletic & professional endeavors.
