As FSM in Phonewatch my duties were to recruit team, train and motivate them to do their best. Exceed monthly targets on monthly basis. Since the office was closed down for over a year I had to start everything from scratch which was challenging but very rewarding.
I worked in King Communications as a Sales Representative on behalf of Vodafone and what I did is D2D. I went from house to house to find potential clients and in the meanwhile save them money. We offer many services such as broadband, Tv, Sky channel and many more. It was a very difficult job but very rewarding as well, got to meet many people, got to know their needs and help them out in their problems.
Finally got my first sales job and what I do in here is sell electricity and gas for Iberdrola. It's a door to door sales job. Its all about talking to potential customers and trying to convince them to switch to a 100% renewable energy and also help them save some money.
It was my first job, part time for weekends to make some extra money as I was still in school. What I did was clean downstairs where the food was and make fries.
