overview: WirelessCars, part of Volvo Group, delivers competitive telematics services in an international environnment hence it was important to ensure that those services continued with out affecting the customer hence my role of Continuity Manager.

• In collaboration with service managers, operations manager and technical teams, worked to design a continuity process for IT services offered to various customers.
• The process was to ensure that IT Services provided could recover and continue according to the Service Level Agreement if a very serious incident occurred that could not follow the major incident process.
• Main responsibility was to facilitate and manage the development of the continuity plan.

• Worked with the Mainframe team in Application Delivery under Application Development Techniques (ADT).
• Involved in planning, organizing and supervising the process of developing a solution capturing the most essential knowledge needed for a mainframe developer within Volvo IT.
• The solution that was developed was in form of a clickable image which breaks down the mainframe platform into various understandable sections, with a list of available tools used at Volvo IT and supporting material both from within Volvo IT and external vendors.
• The solution was achieved in close collaboration with various teams on a global level including developers, support team, user experience team and other platform's representatives.
