As clinical director of the emergency department of a universal private hospital, my responsibilities involved both coordinating a team of doctors and dealing with complex clinical cases. It included resolving complaints quickly, calmly, and professionally for positive business and customer outcomes. As well as motivating clinic teams to meet performance and productivity targets, exceeding customer expectations.
