A business aligned HR Leader with broad generalist experience and strengths in a number of functional disciplines including, learning and development, talent management, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, change management and diversity. Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships at a senior management level and deliver pragmatic business and innovative focused solutions whilst driving a complex Human Resource agenda locally and globally. Experience of direct and indirect people management and delivering through others in a complex matrix organisation.
Responsible for all HR services across 19 countries (450+ employees) driven by regulatory requirements, statutory workforce obligations, employee service uplifts and multiple business driven demands
Established team of four HR Managers across four locations (Ireland, France, Luxembourg and UK) to deliver in partnership with Centres of excellence, a seamless HR service to all employees
