- Responsible for the work and liaise with maintenance on machines (High Shear Granulation, Fluid Bed Granulator, Leal Mill, Liquid Drops and Blender) for the production of pharmaceutical products. Verification of all raw materials against the batch record.

- Make IQOQ in IKA Germany, Homogenizer for recipe & process improvement. Experience with MES (Pas X, Rockwell MES, system and Glat HMI. Perform Stock checks. 6s, LSW, VBM Follow and update SOP and GMP.
- Performing tapped, bulk and sieve tests in Lab. Performing trials and validation batches for new or existing products suggesting improvements & highlight any efficiency issues .
- Brainstorming with management and project team for improvement of process's and better results during the shift's. Great skills in Office. Excel word.
