• Make IQOQ in IKA Germany, Homogenizer for recipe & process improvement. Experience with MES (Pas X, Rockwell MES, system and Glat HMI. Perform Stock checks. 6s, LSW, VBM Follow and update SOP and GMP.
• Performing tapped, bulk and sieve tests in Lab. Performing trials and validation batches for new or existing products suggesting improvements & highlight any efficiency issues .
• Brainstorming with management and project team for improvement of process's and better results during the shift's. Great skills in Office. Excel word.
