1. Eli Lilly Kinsale Ltd. Fibre Refresh Contract Value: €3,500,000.00

  • This project involved the construction of two server rooms and the installation of electrical and Eir ducting throughout the site to service these rooms. The scope included the excavation of existing concrete paths and tarmac to install the necessary ducting, including chambers, followed by the reinstatement of surfaces post-installation.

2. Eli Lilly Kinsale Ltd. IE28 Enabling Works Contract Value: €300,000.00

  • This phase comprised groundworks and earthworks in preparation for the main construction of the IE28 building. Activities included the removal of existing tarmac, reduction of ground levels, excavation and removal of underground services, demolition and disposal of existing structures, provision of fencing and hoarding around the compound, and the cutting and disposal of existing trees and hedges.

3. Eli Lilly Kinsale Ltd. Phosphorus Removal Plant Contract Value: €1,100,000.00

  • The Phosphorus Removal Plant included concrete traffic routes and laydown areas, process vessels with associated bunds and stairways, a steel service rack, underground services, and three buildings housing equipment related to the waste removal process. This new facility will serve as an extension to the existing wastewater treatment plant located at the client’s site in Dunderrow, Kinsale, Co. Cork. Its purpose is to reduce the site’s current phosphorus emissions to comply with the new EPA emission limit of 3 mg/Nm³.

4. Sanmina Extension Contract Value: €9,500,000.00

  • This project involved the extension of the Sanmina pharmaceutical devices building in Fermoy. The structure consists of structural steel and cladding on concrete foundation pads, along with the construction of a new cleanroom. The scope also encompassed extensive mechanical, electrical, and lift installation work. External works included earth moving, stormwater drainage, fire main installation, foul drainage, concrete yard slab construction, bioretention, roads, concrete pathways, grasscrete, and tarmac surfacing.

5. Clonakilty Community Hospital Decarbonisation Contract Value: €11,000,000.00

  • This project entails the construction of a Solar PV Farm, a new boiler house, installation of pumped cavity insulation, and external wall insulation for 16 existing blocks. Additionally, it includes the removal and reinstallation of existing windows and doors, including firestopping, access control upgrades, a Wi-Fi upgrade, and revamping of flat and pitched roofs.
