• Launched IDCX Merchant Solution, providing merchants with authentication solutions on 3DS rails
• Led collaborations with regional and business stakeholders to understand market requirements and translate them into the product roadmap

• Established product health and performance reporting to minimize production incidents reports and enhance customer experience
