Roles & Responsibilities :

• Process daily Payroll Off-Cycle as well as On-Cycle payroll payments & reconciles of payment like Bi-weekly, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly as well as yearly.

• Conduct payroll tax audits to monitor tax withholdings, pay rates, wages, and deductions in payroll.

• Identify income discrepancies, handle overpayments, and document amended returns and payment of taxes.

• Perform and build compliance and year end reporting
• Payroll Processing in platform like workday, SAP as well ADP & tax processing through master tax platform and analyze financial data and provide input to the Payroll Tax Manager Design, document, and review payroll tax processing procedures Analyzes multi-state payroll tax data and performs calculations, and ensures that payroll information is reported to federal, state and local agencies as may be required.. Also prepare the daily count of deposit payment for multiple client & processes to fund salaries, wages & bonuses for all the employees through Transaction Authorization & processing system ( TAPS ).
• Provides a range of services for the client including new Hire/Rehire/ On Boarding . personal data maintenance, termination, job data changes/transfers. promotion, base pay changes /on-time payments, mass data changes.
• Loading mass data via EIB's running daily report's daily reports & defensive queries to identify potential mismatch/discrepancy & rectify or amend data.
• Also sent SOD/EOD reports, weekly & assist payroll team or provides reports to client on daily basis. Collaborate & co-ordinate with our team as well as other team in the workday community to complete all transactions successfully..

• Closed large sales to exceed quota and align with company targets.
