Shortly after I was hired by RAO Ranch Ltd. to haul ammonium nitrate to the teck Mines in Sparwood B.C. I was promoted to Lead Hand where I was responsible for fie class one drivers/employees. Some of my duties included; arranging training classes, driver schedules, contact & customer service for the mines, dispatching and liaison between (RAO) & Rimmer Bulk Services (RBS) the main contractor for the mines. Under my direction, all deliveries were carried out in a professional manner, on time and to the client"s specs.

While employed with Hi-Way ( for approximately ten years i traveled many different locations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and hauled several types of cargo. Examples as follows: milk, liquor, and general freight. I transferred over to the Deck Way owned by Hi-Way 9, for the last 5 years while employed with them. My duties with Deck Way were to deliver supplies to the oil fields which consisted mainly of pipe ad sucker rod, highway scale requirements & the Department of transportation and Highway Safety.
