Roles and Responsibilities:

• To monitor production operations to ensure production standards were met
• To inspect purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company product& supplier inspection according to well-defined Engineering drawings and specification using standard physical, mechanical and/or electrical measurements
• Interaction with customer and fulfill their requirements
• Capable of understanding automobile drawings
• Active participation in new product development (Incoming inspection, stage inspection, final Inspection & supervising of packing procedure during dispatch)
• To Prepare calibration plan for all the instruments & Gauges
• Monitoring and verify the calibration report and History Cards
• Measuring system Analysis studies carry on all the instruments and Gauges
• Planning & Sending Gauges to external labs for calibration
• Get back the calibration items with calibration reports, check for correctness, if wornout or founded with error then responsible for buying a new gauge
• Supporting Role on customer complaints closing and follow given the feedback to quality Head
• To prepare Control plan, Process Flow Diagram and PPAP
• To Handling Customer Complaints and involving to reduction of customer complaints
• To Conduct Process Audit as per the plan with the help of quality head
• To collect Material TC and reports from Suppliers
• Reviewing it and get approval for further process
• To Recommend for supplier GRN Quality approval

Metrology Instruments Used:

To Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bevel Protector, 2D vernier height gauge, bore dial gauges and other measurement instruments to test appropriate measurements
