Summary: Passionate and dedicated athlete with a lifelong involvement in competitive sport. Beginning my sporting journey in Wheelchair Basketball at the age of eight, I progressed through the ranks of the Junior team to compete at senior level, before taking on a new challenge in the form of Para Badminton. Over the past three years, I have developed into the Irish number one Para Badminton player through commitment, discipline, and a strong work ethic. Alongside my playing career, I am studying Coaching and Sports Performance in MTU Kerry, and have gained valuable coaching experience through my work with Wheelchair Basketball athletes, helping to develop players in an inclusive and positive environment. Having recently discovered padel, I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of learning a new sport and I am excited about the opportunity to share my enthusiasm for sport, coaching and player development within a padel centre. I bring strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and organisational skills, along with a genuine passion for helping others enjoy and succeed in sport.
