  • Dell Call Logs: Extracted, cleaned, and analyzed Dell call log data to identify patterns in accidental damage cases, developed visualisations to highlight key trends and operational improvement areas.
  • Outbound Call reduction: Set out to reduce outbound calls within the company by 40% in the fiscal year. I used a variety of deliverables to complete this long-term project
