- Researched emerging web technologies and identified trends for possible incorporation into sites and other applications. Recently: 3D/WebGL, NFTs (1155) and Regen/ReFi tech.
- Used React, JavaScript, TypeScript, NextJS & ChakraUI and other libraries to develop features on our core products, for both mobile and desktop.
- Followed best practices within Agile environment to produce rapid iterations for stakeholders.
- Collaborated with multiple teams on a user-centric design strategy to translate UX and DAO requirements into working, coded solutions.
- Code review where requested...and sometimes when not. Teaching Git to newcomers (writers, artists, etc) so they can make PRs for the Wiki. Wrote the 'How to Git on GitHub as a non-builder' playbook.
- Worked with marketing & content guilds to design, build & launch the Beta of a 3D 'experience' dApp, for an up-coming virtual conference, metafest.metagame.wtf. Start to soft launch in 5 days.
- Rapid prototyping of wireframes & MVP for project ideas and hackathon projects. Took part in 4 hackathons with colleagues from MetaGame and won bounties in 3.
- Many hours of community management in Discord server of 3000+ members and with anywhere between 30 - 80 active contributors (from artists, writers & permaculturalists to developers & designers) at any one time.
- Welcoming & onboarding newcomers to Web3 from all industries, including Web2 developers looking to transition into Web3 and helping them to find their place in the space based on their interests & skillset. Either in MetaGame or other projects, such as RaidGuild.
- Maintained active players list for 3 MetaGame seasons. Converted many inactive members into Patrons and re-engaging players.
- DAO treasury multisig signer on Mainnet & Polygon.
