2: To draw up and control staff rosters
3: To handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to the store’s procedures
4: To ensure staff dress and appearance is according to company policy
5:To have an in-dept knowledge of appropriate legislations to perform your job competently
i.e. Health & Safety Regulations, Employment Legislations and Consumer Law.
6. To manage and maintain personnel records for staff members

2: Rotating and replenishing stock.
3: Ensuring that goods are arranged in displays and on the shelves.
4: Placing certain produce in a specific area during a sale or promotion.
5: Cash handling
6: Meet pre-determined sales targets.
7: Making sure the store remains tidy.
8: Taking card and cash payments at a Point-of-Sale unit.
9: Talking to disgruntled customers, providing refunds, or perhaps bringing the customer to a manager
