Hello, welcome to my profile! 👋

Let me introduce myself: I am Cristobal, after having been able to pursue my professional career in both the legal and banking sectors, I currently work as an HR Associate Partner at Amazon in the BCN4 logistics centre. It is one of the largest companies in the world both in terms of employees and turnover, and belongs to a select group of technological giants that have managed to revolutionise the world as we know it.

🎓 As for my academic training, after graduating in Labor Relations and Human Resources, I decided to continue expanding my knowledge by taking the Direction and People Management Master's Degree, where I learned that people are the most important asset of an organization.

🙋🏻‍♂️ Personally, I consider myself a hard-working, proactive, punctual, resilient and responsible person. I also like to work in a team, face new challenges and learn from everything that comes my way. I have good organizational skills, quick learning, analytical skills and management skills. All these skills have led me to be who I am and where I am, but without the most fundamental one, which is attitude, I would not have gotten anywhere. I am willing to take advantage of all the opportunities that come my way and to continue growing both personally and professionally.

🧠 I love constantly learning new things and enhancing my knowledge. I consider training to be essential, learning must be permanent throughout life (lifelong learning), being essential to live adapted to a digital world as changing as this one. I have always liked to go one step beyond what society dictates with a "Think Outside The Box" mentality.

🖥️ In addition, in my free time I like to play and watch sports, travel, read, listen to music, art and delve into other worlds such as Blockchain technology, Web 3.0, AI, F1, YouTube, Twitch and X (the old Twitter). I can highlight that technology is one of my passions since I was very young.
