I have over 14 years of retail management and sales experience. I was recruited to work for Lee Cooper clothing brand. In this role, I oversaw merchandise planning and sales training for 7 Lee Cooper locations in the Bucharest area.

After excelling in the position at Lee Cooper, I was offered an opportunity to manage a Motivi store. As Store Manager, I led all sales, merchandising, and operations for the location. Under my leadership, the store exceeded sales goals by 180% in the first year. Following this experience I went to MIM as Store Manager.
