The Small Medium Enterprise Account manager role is a position I have wanted since only a few weeks after joining the company. I have a great relationship with its current team members and I have the skills you are looking for in a potential hire.


Below is a brief summary of my career so far with the company.


My professional career in Ayvens has seen me work on two of the hardest accounts in the company. After a month of hard work on the "Irish Water" customer service team, I was then promoted "Administrator" for Amazon. My admin role evolved over the year, and my responsibilities and duties reflected more of a junior account manager. The booking plan I created for the Amazon fleet was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule, thanks to my ability and dedication to adapt the plan to unforeseen circumstances.


I was asked to join the "Tech Team" by Doug personally, to see more of the company and I accepted the role. While being on the "Tech Team" as the Sole Technical Supervisor for Irish Water under the Technical Manger, we have also received a 90% satisfaction rating. Something that Dave Kavanagh has informed us has never happened before. I take huge pride in this fact. The average Rating has improved from 75% to 86% since I joined the team.   • I started at the founding of the department when it was only 6 members. Our goal was to review data on customer spending and use this data to find low-medium-high risk customers.
  • Heavy focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Created process documents for each task done by the department. I then refined them as time went on, and new government guidelines were implemented.
  • Made outbound calls to customers to advertise responsible gambling products such as deposit limits and timeout features.
  • Consistently met hard deadlines. Due to the nature of the job, helping vulnerable people required a lot of multitasking.
  • Collaborated with various teams to ensure KYC and Anti Money laundering laws were in compliance.
  • Mentored and trained new staff members as the team grew. The department went from six staff members to over one hundred staff members by 2021.

  • Frontline worker during the pandemic my role was to Process Patients as they arrived for Covid testing.
  • I Created a welcoming environment for Patients by greeting and assisting, as well as quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs.

  • Using my knowledge I digitized all data from to paperwork to exel. This gave a faster, more organized and efficient way of dealing with Covid testing.

Administrator for the Amazon Account

  • Created the CVRT & Service booking plan for the entire Amazon fleet, taking into account our clients peak commerical times. Ensuring our suppliers capacity for bookings, our clients had no more than three vans booked per week.
  • This plan went through remakes over the year to account for unforeseen challenges like high VOR numbers and losing suppliers.
  • I had a strong relationship with each of the delivery service providers within Amazon, spread around the country. Ensuring all queries and issues were resolved within 24 hours of receipt. Requiring a strong level of customer service due to the strong personalities they possessed
  • Assisted the account manager Damian Flynn and the product owner Matt Ennis participating on calls with the client. Providing any relevant information they needed.
  • I had one to one meetings with the client to go over the company's performance as the fleet manager. I provided updates on CVRT pass rates, VOR updates and no shows.
  • Created and maintained several documents containing data for the fleet at the request of the account manager.

  • Work closely with the Technical Manager of the Irish Water account contacting suppliers for updates on all vehicle repairs and passing this information onto the client.
  • I maintain a strong relationship with our suppliers. The positive feedback led to myself rejecting several christmas gifts from different suppliers in 2024 due to company policy.
  • I look after all rental vans for the entire Irish Water fleet ensuring each rental is updated for our supplier, our clients rental costs are as efficient as possible.
  • Regularly speaking to the client for authorization on vehicle tows and rental acquisition and repair plans.
  • Produced documentation on latest updates as well as reports detailing the current status of repairs for each VOR vehicle.
  • Continuous on going work with the customer care team and the Irish Water account manager improving and refining our processes.
