Below is a brief summary of my career so far with the company.
My professional career in Ayvens has seen me work on two of the hardest accounts in the company. After a month of hard work on the "Irish Water" customer service team, I was then promoted "Administrator" for Amazon. My admin role evolved over the year, and my responsibilities and duties reflected more of a junior account manager. The booking plan I created for the Amazon fleet was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule, thanks to my ability and dedication to adapt the plan to unforeseen circumstances.
I was asked to join the "Tech Team" by Doug personally, to see more of the company and I accepted the role. While being on the "Tech Team" as the Sole Technical Supervisor for Irish Water under the Technical Manger, we have also received a 90% satisfaction rating. Something that Dave Kavanagh has informed us has never happened before. I take huge pride in this fact. The average Rating has improved from 75% to 86% since I joined the team.
