● Act as first tier support and provided troubleshooting to keep maintenance of Epic EHR applications
● Prioritize assigned work tasks and engaged in communicating with clinical staff regarding to escalating any issues occurring with the Epic system
● Apply knowledge of patient care and business to maintain a standardized workflow under the Epic system
● Participate in user testing of Epic EHR application updates
