• I also had the responsibility of having a hotel mobile phone and took many calls from different Departments within the hotel during my shift, I would often have to prioritize what tasks needed to be completed first and communicate effectively with all departments involved.
• I was also responsible for Fire health and safety walks to ensure the hotel complied with fire safety regulations.
• I also took drinks orders in the lobby for guests.

• Sweep and set the stock room area.
• Prepare Inventory for the Christmas sales.
• Use the Zebra system to reprice the inventory to the correct sales price.
• Sort the hangers for incoming stock.
• I also had to scan the inventory on the sales floor in-order to check if it had gone into sale.
• I had to give good customer service when I was on the sales floor.
