  • Actively participate in revenue operations cross-geo scaling projects that cover the following focus areas: enablement, forecasting and worklist assignment, enhancements and innovations, accuracy and reconciliations, and capacity planning
  • Support increased workload and additional hours when required, i.e., period closes/quarter- end periods
  • Act as 1st escalation point within the team, assisting the manager with daily queries
