• Handling daily administration tasks for aircraft lease contracts, setting up aircraft and engine contracts in Leasepoint.
• Managing all lease-related finances, such as rent, maintenance reserves, letter of credits, security deposit, maintenance reserves, utilization data input and invoicing.
• Reviewing insurance terms for aircraft lease contracts, certificates, GTA etc.
• Managing and renewing the contingent insurance policies of the company and maintaining the source of insurance brokers.

• Reviewed aircraft insurance terms for transactional documents and service provider agreements.
• Placed and maintained proper contingent insurance policy with market standard and cost-efficiency, covering both own and managed fleet.
• Responsible for corporate governance in each jurisdiction (Hong Kong/Ireland/Japan/Cayman Islands), including coordinating with CoSec for setting up/liquidating of SPVs, platform substance, research on policies of free trade zone etc..
• Organized board meetings, local filings and other programmes.

• Responsible for tax, fleet insurance, capital structure, corporate governance in Ireland.
• Evaluated the feasibility of tax, aircraft leasing, trading and financing transactions, and give comments in the perspective of insurance and corporate governance;
• Placed and maintained proper contingent insurance policy with market standard and cost efficiency, covering both own and managed fleet;
• Conducted capital structure projects including set-up/liquidation of SPVs, platform substance, research on policies of free trade zone etc.
