i am currently doing Bachelor of Technology (Education) in Graphics, Engineering and Technology concurrent with Teacher Education an i am in my third year of it

when finished my second-level education, looking forward to going into the line of teaching and being ready for the years ahead.

I started my teaching with a placement in the north monastery, which was a hard place to start as it had all types of cultures and students' backgrounds. Even though I was inexperienced, they believed in my skills and allowed me to cover more classes than required. I have an excellent interest in sports and health behind them; I am a Caring Teacher who demonstrates skill in strategic classroom management and effective discipline.

  • The roll I was given in the 10 week block was to great a learning plan that includes what I'll be teaching the children every week and I was to take over projects from the teachers they had before I entered he school with in the 10 week I had taken over 3 class groups ranging from 1st year to 5th year
  • I then started supervising classes this consisted of making sure that all the students were present and that they continued on work that there teacher had left them
  • I might have supervised 7-8 classes a week in top of my 10 classes I was teaching my self.

Interests

Hobbies and interests , I started playing with kanturk rfc first team in 2021 while only being 18 this made me grow up fast and train harder to be able to keep my place on the adult team . I have been playing rugby since 2010, I have captained an u18.5 team in 2019 and the U17 team for 2 years in 2017. I used my leadership skills to keep the team going and playing well. I was playing with the Munster U18 team and I have been on the team for the last 3 years I started U15. I worked extremely hard to maintain a place on the team I was elected for student council in 2019 in colaiste Treasa kanturk. I was also elected again in 2020 when I was in LC and this take a lot of leadership skills to help make my school better. I play GAA with kanturk adults junior team, I have become very interested in designing and creating new and interesting projects using skills I got from my course in college using solidworks on my laptop.
