  • Stakeholder Management: Send monthly and quarterly financial sales reports to customers, investigate order and pricing queries, and onboard new customers onto the internal database.
  • Monthly Sales Pack creation: a 30-page report used during a monthly, company-wide meeting. Track performance and generate reports on sales volume by country, sales rep, SKU, brand, and channel. Comparison reports on sales versus the previous year, budget, last three months, YTD, etc. This provides insights to support decision-making and forecasting.
  • Conduct case studies as requested: provide insights on a particular product, country, channel, brand, etc.
  • NPD: Take the lead on new product implementation for three of our own brand ranges, bringing a total of fourteen new products to shelves, from concept to market. Ranges: Juice Press Smoothies 180 ml, Kulana Juicy 200 ml (school compliant), Kulana Zest 330 ml. See the back of the CV for visuals.
  • Assist with the re-brand of four well-known Irish juice brands: Kulana, Jaffa Gold, Jaffa Gold Splash & Juice Press. Ensure elevation of existing products without losing their original qualities.
  • Tradeshows: Attend tradeshows to display and showcase products. The most important function is the upkeep of the current relationship with customers and to liaise with potential new customers for our own brand and private label opportunities. PLMA (Private Label) Show: Amsterdam, Unitas Tradeshow: Liverpool, Food and Drink Show: Birmingham.
  • Marketing material creation: Brochure-style graphics, and information displays sent to customers. This includes product range CGI's, pricing, pallet quantities, format, ingredients, etc. Tradeshow banner and pull-up creation: design displays of our and our customers' (private label) products for background displays at tradeshows.
  • Assist with order processing, pricing information, promotional materials, and customer queries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee and upload pricing of all SKUs to internal systems.
  • Assist with new line forms for new product intake from our customers.

  • Partnerships - Acted as the main point of contact between my team & our largest banking partner, Lloyds Bank. Directly dealt with all campaign queries. Worked with them daily to get campaign approval within their app, prioritising larger budget clients.
  • Forecast generation - Customer targeting based on the clients chosen competitors, budget, fee & cashback levels, seasonality, etc.
  • Projection generation - Recommend optimisation opportunities and update live campaigns to consume budget as needed.
