I currently work on a conversion rate 1 sale to every 6 viewings. My goal for 2025 is is bring this number down to 1 sale in every 3-4 viewings.


For the calender year of 2024 I closed over 100 million rand worth of sales and I have closed over 130 million rand worth of sales since joining my current company.


Prior to joining Natural Property, I worked for Chas Everitt Sandton where I was mandated to sell The Emerald in Hyde Park. Since then Chas Everitt lost the mandate however I was approached to continue selling the development hence why I moved to Natural Property. Since July 2022 I have closed over 200 million rand worth of sales for Legaro and The Emerald in Hyde Park.


I have recently also set up a 4 person rental team. There job is to ensure all of our investors have there apartments let out upon handover and ensure that everyone is treated with the utmost care and respect.


Finally to sum up, I take on the responsibility of more than a sales agent. I know this ins and outs of my product down the finest details and that includes everything form marketing budgets and campaigns to which contractors and sub contractors are used to build the development. On multiple occasions I have has prospects ask if I am the developer as I am that well informed of what is going on with my product.

  • I see my role as more than just a sales agent. I represent the developer the best of my abilities and go above and beyond to ensure the companies reputation is held in high regard before anything else.
  • My day to day role for the developer includes sitting in marketing meetings and providing feedback on the quality of leads, assist in approvals for marketing campaigns and even recommend marketing campaigns.
  • I hold show days 3 times a week and I spend most of my time working from the development. I believe it is extremely important that one lives and breathes the development they work on to ensure that residents see that we as a developer care and are open to conversations and feedback about ways to improve the living experience which will effectively help with sales.
  • I provide weekly leads reports and I have created a tracking system to work viewing to sale ratio quality of lead depending on source of the lead and feedback on each client that I interacted with over the course of a week.
  • I am always available for private viewings.
  • I assist my clients in completing sales agreements and ensure that all payments are made on time and I see the transaction through until transfer.
