Responsibilities I have in my role include:

  • Keeping up to date with external developments and changes in employment legislation which is encouraged as part of my CIPD course and allows me to accurately complete processes
  • Advising and supporting stakeholders on the following processes: family friendly, leavers, DBS applications, all changes to T&C's
  • Specializing in changes to T&C's such as promotions, salary increases, job title changes and so forth, ensuring that all information provided is reflected accurately and is distributed to the correct team
  • Partaking in an array of activities such as the HR Strategic Development Workshop and being part of the team building committee where I collaborated and worked with an array of external and internal stakeholders
  • Consistently updating and maintaining HR employee files on Omnidox to ensure we are meeting SLA's

  • I was the brand ambassador for Medac's Global Group where I was responsible for answering queries and dealing with an array of issues via the shared inbox and communicating to internal and external stakeholders on the phone
  • Managing absence and sickness across Medac's Global Group where I had to relay the correct procedures and policies ensuring that both the employee and line manager were completing the required steps
  • Competently managed leaver process by performing exit interviews and producing references in line with company guidelines.
