Assess project requirements, such as labor, material, and time;
Research and source materials and resources;
Develop construction cost estimates;
Monitor and control costs;
Manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;

Review tender enquiry documents;
Analyse proposals, specifications, drawings, samples and related documents, identifying requirements;
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, calculating the quantities and
costs of materials, labour, and equipment needed for window and door installations;
First line of customer & sales technical support;
Provide technical training to Sales Reps;
Design fitting solutions and site drawings;

Planning, managing and monitoring of production of structural windows
and doors, CW
Preparing estimate for labor hours, material costs, tender form
requirements tool & equipment lists, and compile bid packages for subcontractors
Responsible for procurement, manufacturing, quality control, management and logistics/transportation.
Monitoring suppliers and sub-contractors' activities and generating production progress reports
