Over mind time with Amazon (AMZL) I have covered many different roles with in the L3 associate.
Assisting in the smooth running of the operation using my management and problem solving skills.
My time was spent on AM & PM shift assisting with the organisation of load-out and ensuring a smooth transition between night shift and AM shift, and later AM shift to PM shift.
On PM shift I was the first to implement the same day process when it arrived at the station for the first time as well as other tasks such as monitoring the on road performance, holding flow meetings and debriefing.
I moved to AMXL (Heavy & Bulk) as in initial team member on the ground, I helped implement and organise the new area of the business within the building along with the launch team.
During my time within AMXL I have worked over all areas of the Delivery Station, including supporting/covering the station manager when needed, however most of my time has been spent on day shift, monitoring and supporting the Driver teams on the road as well as problem solving any issues that may arise.
Deep-diving into metrics using our in house portals to identify any shortfalls and improve delivery station performance as well as network wide performance. In doing this we became one of the highest performing sites across the network, receiving EU AMXL Best Station award for Q2 in 2024.
