  • Developing daily routines and processes that work for each centre and working with my team in delivering 'Great Day at Work' for each of our clients.
  • Manage all company correspondence including phone calls, emails and post. I would also manage phone calls, emails and post for our large number of virtual office clients.

  • Account Set Up Specialist: I was assigned 5 of our offices in Dublin and would be the main contact for every new office and co-working client that signed up. My role as Account Set Up Specialist was to ensure that their account is set up correctly before their start date. I would run through invoices explaining all sections, ensure payment methods are added along with all team members information.
  • Assist our Sales Managers with any walk in tours to the centre, creating sales materials and selling our office space ensuring that the potential client signs up to our centre.
  • Maintain documents for both internal and external audits.

  • Debt Collection: Each month I work through a list of debtors, follow up with each client and gather payments and explain invoices to clients so they understand their invoice and any payment queries they may have.

  • Part of the 'Return to Work' team- I have worked with my colleagues on implementing all measures and guidelines set out by the Irish Government to ensure a safe return to work for all of our team members. I developed a system of hot desking with each team, using a time table for all members managed by the team managers.
  • Provide support to the domestic sales team on current projects being run by the Energy Services Department.
