Accomplishments

  • Commissioned to produce a short video based on the work carried out at Holly House, a Southside partnership community resource centre based in Loughlinstown, Co Dublin.
  • Creation of a video as part of year 3 of Visual arts practice, which was placed on the concept of ‘overthinking’ focusing on child mental health. This body of work was commended by Mary Butler TD (Minister for Mental Health and Older People) which emphasised the mental health issues faced by Ireland’s youth, which the minister stated was in line with the Governments mental health policy ‘Sharing the Vision’.
  • Successfully enhanced student engagement and creativity, resulting in improved student performance in art projects and exhibitions.
