This role is centred around providing programme management support for the delivery of InterTradeIreland's Innovation Boost Programme
responsible for the advertising, recruitment, selection and onboarding of graduates from STEM disciplines to deliver a predetermined 12 or 18month project within an SME throughout the island of Ireland onto InterTradeIreland's Innovation Boost programme;
responsible for the onboarding and registration of these graduates onto QUB PG Diploma;
Deliver 'Recruitment Briefing' via Teams monthly to partnerships in the recruitment stage
attend Graduate Career Fairs in third level institutes throughout the island of Ireland and the UK
involved in collating and processing financial quarterly claims (both Sterling & Euro) from companies and academic institutes throughout Ireland involved in the Innovation Boost Programme;
overseeing the Application Process for partnerships applying for the Innovation Boost programme to include liaision with Invest NI, Enterprise Ireland, LEO's, financial institutes etc.
Managed office supplies inventory, ensuring readiness for all projects at any given time.
Coordinated travel arrangements for Managing Director and Consultant's, contributing towards seamless business trips without disruption.
