In my role of Person in Charge of Work, I maintain and enhance the reliability of Ireland's Electrical infrastructure by creating new lines and ensuring older lines are kept to a high standard.

I ensure that electricity is delivered safely and efficiently to home, farms and businesses across the country through all weathers and conditions.

I follow all company work & safety procedures and policies to ensure that all daily tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner. In advance of each work task, I thoroughly go through the job specification given to me and I prepare a schedule to ensure each member of the team is working efficiently and the task completed effectively.

I ensure that all documentation is completed to a high standard and liaise with management after each job.

Classroom and college based learning combined with practical experience to maintain electrical lines to ensure all homes, businesses and farm have electrical supply.

Working as a team and liaising with management to ensure all daily tasks assigned to me are completed efficiently.

Acquiring the skills and expertise to do line work.

Management and scheduling of horse exercises on a daily basis.

Management of junior yard staff to ensure cleanliness of horse stables and horses.

Liaising with Veterinary staff and preparation of all documentation assigned to animals.
